I just couldn't resist using the Wine Bottle from the new "Wine Time" Series of stamps for my Beer Bottle on this card. The Foam is Liquid Applique and i thought that the Bottle cap just topped it off.
On this card i wanted to make the margarita look more real so i took a small jewelery ziplock and added clear glue and a couple drops of Watermelon alcohol ink.
These Stamps are released just in Time for Fathers Day! My Husband and Father-in-Law will love getting a Beer Mug Card. lol!

ReplyDeleteThe wine bottle went perfectly with the beer mug and the cap was a great touch! Your idea to include a "liquid" in the glass was a smart idea. If you wanted a light blue liquid, you could use a cheap large bottle of tinted blue hair gel.
ReplyDeleteThe wine bottle was the perfect background for your beer mug. Clever idea using the bottle cap! For your second card, you can also use tinted hair gel for a light blue liquid.
ReplyDeleteCute as can be!
