Hi everyone, Today i would like to share a bible art journal page with all of you.

I went and picked up my projects today from the fair. I'm so happy that the fair is over again this year. I love going occasionally during the week and watching everyone show their animals, but it's also a relief when it's all over. lol.

Bible art Journaling page Psalm 18:28

Hi everyone, I have a list of things to do up to my eyeballs, but i wanted to share this bible art page with all of you before i get started with that.

Psalms 18:28 ESV

"For it is you who light my lamp;
    the Lord my God lightens my darkness."

For this page i drew a lamp looking at a coloring page.  The the letters are stickers that i bought from Walmart. I colored the lamp with Watercolor pencils.

Bible art Share Using Psalm 50:11

While my family was on Vacation back in June in Montana. This is one of the verses that i chose to do while there.

 Psalm 50:11

"I know that every bird on the Mountains, and all the Animals of the Field are HIS."

This is a good reminder to me daily. The Things around us are not "ours", but everything is his. God Created everything. Can you imagine a world with no birds or animals to enjoy? I think daily when waking up and hearing the beautiful birds sing in the yard. I love that! I can't imagine not having them. 

 We should care about all things, respect and appreciate them. 

I looked at a coloring book photo of a toucan to draw this image on my bible page.  Most of the verse is my writing except for the "HIS" and i used a black sticker for that. The bird was colored with watercolor pencils.

I got another Grand Champion ribbon at the fair!

Well, i entered 5 projects in the fair this year. 4 Cards and my Halloween Junk Journal. I'm happy to announce that my Halloween Junk Journal earned the Grand prize again this year. This is the 3rd year in a row that i've won with a Junk Journal. I got a first and a second place ribbon with 2 of my cards also. All that i can say is that i'm very pleased. lol!

The Fair kicked off last night with a Parade. I did go but i thought that i was melting.  Temperatures were in the low 90's with a heat index of over a 100. I hate it when it's so hot. My goal today is to stay home, clean and craft in air conditioning.

 My daughter chose not to show the horse this year in the fair and work instead. I will miss watching her show, but i will not miss the heat! She's getting ready to move into her apartment in Terre Haute next week and attending Indiana State University. I'm proud to say that both my Husband and I attended Indiana State back in our college days, so she's following along with a family tradition. lol.

Anyway life is going to be a little hectic for awhile.

Watercolored stamped Tags x 3

Well i just recently discovered Art Impressions watercolor stamps and decided to give it a go. Not only am i enjoying my AI stamps i gone through my stash looking for more that would go along with them.  I ball jars i drew, the chair is an AI stamp and the Bird cage is recollections stamp i believe. The brick stamp is from Too Much fun stamps.

This summer is flying by. This weekend into next week is our county fair. I'm happy to not have to be there everyday this year in the 90 degree heat! My daughter gets her apartment in a couple of weeks and we need to move her there for school. My Son starts School on Aug. 4th. He is going to be a junior this year in high school. WOW! I can say, i can't wait for the football games! I love watching him play.

Bible Art- Romans 13:11-Salvation is near

Hello Friends, Today i thought that i'd share another bible art page with all of you using the verse-Romans 13:11
"Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed."

For this page i used Glitter paint and smeared in on using a Credit Card.  I have a coloring book that i used as a reference to draw my clock and my own writing except for the word Salvation which i used Tim Holtz alphabet letters for.  I colored the clock using watercolor pencils.

Bible Art share 2 Cor. 3:17

Well i thought that i'd share my Independence day bible Art today.  I had forgotten about it and just found it in my bible and knew that i should share it.

2 Cor. 3:17

"For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom."

In my Inspire bible the sentiment was already printed at the side of the page so i just colored it in Red,White and Blue.  Since we celebrate our "Freedom" in this country, i thought that an American Flag would be appropriate to draw.

Stamped Water colored Card share

I've been going through all of my stamps looking for small ones to use with my Art Impressions Watercolor Stamps that i just got.  I'm on a learning curve right now.

I found a stamp set in my stash from STAMPloration. I used the Eclectic Florals Set.

Take a look at what i created. Remember i'm new to water coloring so judge gently. lol

Loaded Envelope that i made

Today  i thought that i'd share my Loaded Envelope that i made for a Friends Birthday.

I love making these i just don't have enough time in a day. lol!

This was made using a Blue lunch bag and designer paper.  I added the paper doilies here and there and used a lot of K and Company Die Cuts that i had purchased a while back from Tuesday Morning. I made the cute little paperclip butterfly with stickers. I added a little lace across the bottom pocket. I also handmade the wand at the top using a straw and crepe paper and then decorated with the die cuts. I put some stickers inside the pocket, some distress markers and misc... other things.
