Working full time is certainly slowing me down on getting my Projects complete, but i finally have one.
It's my week at "The House that Stamps Built" for a Project of the week using a Repeat Impressions.
I've chosen to use the "Spotlight Technique" for my Card using the Rubber stamp "912-K Tulip Bouquet". This is really a simple technique but really makes that part of the image pop on your card
HOW TO:
1. To start, Stamp your image twice on two pieces of white cardstock.
2. Punch out the part of the image that you would like "highlighted" using a circle punch. Then color this image as desired. *I used copic markers on mine and a 1 1/4" circle Punch.
3. Using a punch slightly larger than the first, punch out another circle in whatever color of cardstock that you choose. *I used a 1 3/8" circle punch for this
4. Glue the colored circle to your stamped image that you just colored in step 2 and using a Pop Dot place on your first stamped image.
5. Finish your card as desired
. Thank you! Deonna

I love the technique you used on this gorgeous card. Love the awesome bright colours you used. I remember a little while ago Cheri had done one for a challenge and thought - I must try that. You really have inspired me to try it out especially with some lovely RI stamps to choose from.
