Come on Spring!

Hello everyone! I hope that you are staying dry. We are going to float away here in Indiana with all of the snow and now rain that we've gotten this week. It needs to warm up though.

Today i have a Springtime card to share.

I watercolored the little bird, nest, and tree branch on watercolor paper. The white base of the card i colored with Copic markers after stamping with Staz on ink.

I love, love, love how my Mixed Media ATC's turned out today. I saw this Cheery Lynn Hummingbird die on a video that i was watching on youtube and immediately had to have it. I found it at Amazon. I just received it Tuesday and i've already made numerous projects with it so stay tuned for more.

I broke out those old alcohol inks that i had and some embossing powder to also decorate the hummingbird with. This was inspired by Delygirl1961 on youtube. I've done this technique numerous times in the past but she brought back the memory and off i went.

Almost Mushroom time!

The Anticipation is growing at my House in excitement for Mushrooms to pop up. This time I chose to make a Card and a ATC with a mushroom theme. Check it out! This is a old technique that I did years ago and am now revisiting. Using Napkins for your background paper along with modge podge. I just couldn't resist this camo napkin.
