Friday with another Birthday card!

This is my Mom's Birthday card that I made.  She and my Dad are normally In Florida by now but due to some family issues she is getting to enjoy the snow instead. She is NOT enjoying herself. lol! I thought that i'd be nice and at least let her see a Palm Tree.
