Deer Painted with Alcohol ink on yupo

I thought that i'd share a deer that I painted today with alcohol inks. Painting with alcohol inks is not always easy. If you've ever used Adirondack, Tim Holtz or Jacquard bottled alcohol ink you'd know that they have a mind of their own sometimes. lol. With that Said I'm determined to master them.
I found a deer photo in one of my sons hunting magazines to use as a reference.  I decided to give it a go. I did draw this deer using a reference photo first. Then using a small paint brush I painted the alcohol inks onto yupo paper. I'm planning on making this into a card.
