I Broke out more of my Hero Arts layering stamps and made this cute octopus. I tried a new technique for the backgound of this card. I made it look like a watercolor background using Hampton Art inks and water on Bristol. I love the result! The sentiment i had in my stash and is from Whimsy Stamps.
