Hello Friends, Yes i'm still working on sorting and getting rid of unnecessary things. It feels like it may never end. lol I've now tackled my entire upstairs, especially the hall closet and my childrens large bathroom closet that was filled with junk.

Gatefold card using Art Impressions stamps

Well i couldn't decide whether or not i was going to enter a card into the Art Impressions Gatefold challenge but i had a little boost of energy and decided to work on something. 

Since i only own the watercolor stamps from Art Impressions and one Christmas set i broke out my watercolor stamps.

Both flaps closed- held closed by the tree trunk

Hi Everyone, sorry that i haven't posted in a couple of days. I've been working ahead on some Design team stuff. I did manage to get another card completed using the Art impressions watercolor technique. This isn't nearly as easy as i originally expected and it's going to take some practice. lol.

The Art impressions Way to watercolor

Some of my favorite stamps are the Art Impressions Watercolor stamps. As you already know, I love to watercolor and i love to stamps so these are right up my alley. I'm addicted to all of them. lol! Since i've been on a real ATC kick lately i thought that i'd create some using the Art impressions stamps.
Let me just say, using stamps to watercolor is NOT Easy. I'm learning as i go and slowly at that but i'm not giving up.

A.I Stamps Watercolor card

Well if you follow me you know that i go through stages.  It wasn't that long ago that i was trying to learn water coloring. I've taken a break and i'm back at it again.  I love Art Impressions Stamps to make Water color Cards/Tags Etc.... It is taking a lot of practice but i do believe that i'm slowly improving. Watercolored stamped Tags x 3

Well i just recently discovered Art Impressions watercolor stamps and decided to give it a go. Not only am i enjoying my AI stamps i gone through my stash looking for more that would go along with them.  I ball jars i drew, the chair is an AI stamp and the Bird cage is recollections stamp i believe. The brick stamp is from Too Much fun stamps.

This summer is flying by. This weekend into next week is our county fair. I'm happy to not have to be there everyday this year in the 90 degree heat! My daughter gets her apartment in a couple of weeks and we need to move her there for school. My Son starts School on Aug. 4th. He is going to be a junior this year in high school. WOW! I can say, i can't wait for the football games! I love watching him play.
