Scripture Paperclip Banners- Faith, Hope and Love

So Sorry about not posting yesterday. I woke up and was working on misc... design team stuff and was asked to go into work. I was only there for about 4 1/2 hours but it was long enough to throw my entire schedule off for the day. By the time that i picked up groceries and was on my way home the kids were getting out of school and dinner was needing to be made.

I've been doing some real soul searching lately and i think that i have some of my priorities way off. I've let my praying and bible study time diminish and I've really been struggling at work. I just can't believe how this world has changed. I NEED to get my head back on straight and prioritize. I only have about another year left with my daughter and then she will be off to college. By the time i'm finished helping with 30 kids at work i'm exhausted and very impatient with my own children. My plan is to pray and Study more, cut down on my hours at work and spend more quality time with my kids. This may mean that i won't be able to craft daily, but i think that it is important that i put God and my family back where they belong. Be patient with me, I will still work on my 3 Design teams that i'm on, but may not post as much other Stuff.

With that all in mind, i chose to create some Paperclip banners for my new Scripture Planner.

Misc... Hand made embellishments- Paper Clip Banners- Vintage style

My BFF and I took a couple of hours yesterday just to work on embellishments for Junk Journals.

I coffee dyed all kinds of things Index Cards, Paper Doilies, Hymnal pages etc... I also give embossing powder on paper doilies a try. If i could think it, i tried it. We also took Manila envelopes and painted Gesso all over them to prepare them for journals. We had a blast and it had to end way too soon! I also started creating a few more Paper Clip Embellishments for a Vintage Junk journal. I made a tutorial on how to make these for the next TTCRD Magazine so if you subscribe to the magazine you can see the process on how i make mine. Fun, Fun!!!

Winter themed Paperclip Banners

What a Great way of adding a little token gift to a card or album, huh? I love these little paperclips! I love to make them, give them and look at them. lol!

I finished my round of Antibiotics yesterday and i'm still coughing like crazy, but feel so much Better. What a Crazy Week it has been. We still have 2 families to celebrate Christmas with. Huh!

Handmade Card With Paperclip Banner

Do you Remember those cute little Paperclip banners that i started making a couple of weeks ago? Well here is one on a Card that i colored and made.

I'm still on the mend from my Pneumonia. Coughing like a Crazy woman and last evening my temperature still went up slightly to 100.5 even on the antibiotic for two days. Keeping my fingers crossed that i don't go up any this evening.
