Bubbling with Love

Hello Blog world!
 I'm a little frustrated with this card today.  I was trying to put Paper glaze/lacquer on my bubbles and it spewed out everywhere. Don't you hate it when dumb things happen? I was not starting over so I just spread it out all over the outside of the image. It kind of looks like bubbles all over the background now. lol!
