I've cut down working to 3 days a week and it has been a blessing so far. I feel like i give the kids better attention when i don't have to be there everyday and i feel like i can keep up at home a little better also.
I was able to get 8 Pints of Salsa Canned and ready to eat yesterday along with 4 pints of Tomatoe juice. What a Relief it is! Scott had been asking for Salsa and i finally made time to do it.
